1 John 3:18

"Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." -1 John3:18

Goes right along with what's been on my heart lately- faith without deeds is dead.My welcome packet came in the mail today for my sponsor child. It came with an amazing DVD that I just got done watching.

I was amazed and inspired by these people and the way they work so hard to provide for their families and how much World Vision does to really live out their faith and show people the unconditional love of God.
When I saw 1 John 3:18 on the end of the last video I watched, and the last quote that said "You have one life.." and something about "what will you do with it?"
They had so many discusting stats about how much money Americans spend on a daily basis and such...

one that stuck out to me was that the average African woman walks 6 miles to get water every day, and the average American walks 6 miles in one month.

I thought about people who say they want to change the world. Do you really want to change the world? What are you doing to make that happen? Are you sitting around "waiting for the right time?" Because really.. there is no time to wait.
No one is forcing you to your chair telling you that you can't change the world.
I'm so inspired by these children to work hard and live my life to the fullest.
I know that my sponsor child appreciates the love of God that he is receiving and I'm so thankful to have him in my life.. I can't stop thinking about him.
